We ended up finding a great Duplex in St. Paul that will allow some of the great Duplex (and Triplex) benefits that we teach here.
Duplexes are so much different than your typical property, and we know that it’s incredibly important for buyers and sellers to have someone that understands the tensions at play. The result was that the buyer got an amazing deal, while the seller was left a little bit in the cold.
